After carefully researching and weighing our options for a new vehicle, my wife and I decided to stay within the Honda family. We visited Oakland Honda—the same dealership where I’ve serviced my previous Honda—and I can confidently say we made the right choice. From the start, our experience with Mr. Syed stood out. He was a little reserved at first, but it didn’t take long to break the ice. Soon we were connecting over sports, our home countries, and most importantly, working together to secure the best possible offer. While we understand that dealerships are in business to make a profit, customers should also walk away feeling valued and like they got the best deal, and that’s exactly how we felt. Mr. Syed, along with Sales Manager Mr. Keith, was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure we received a deal that made sense for us. Their approach was respectful, straightforward, and refreshingly customer-centered. We drove off in our new Honda CR‑V Hybrid Sport, and to this day, we have zero complaints and or regrets . What truly sets the experience apart is the follow-up—Mr. Syed has personally checked in to make sure everything is going well. As he told us, “The relationship didn’t end when you left the dealership.” That level of commitment speaks volumes. Because of the care, professionalism, and ongoing support we received, we’re confident this is the beginning of a long-term relationship. Jessica Medina at Honda of Oakland was excellent to work with. From the beginning, she was kind, professional, and very easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all of our questions, followed up thoughtfully, and made sure we were comfortable with each step of the process. What we appreciated most was her approach — there was absolutely no pressure, just helpful guidance and clear information. The pricing felt fair and transparent, and the entire experience was smooth and straightforward. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Honda of Oakland, I highly recommend asking for Jessica. She truly made the process easy and enjoyable.

What a great car buying experience at Honda of Oakland. The sales team was very pleasant. Not high pressured. They worked with me to get me the best deal. Mike Yokoo was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the car. Thank you Honda of Oakland. I love my Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring!

This place is highly recommended to everyone needing assistance or service. Mr. Tommy Jung is very professional, honest, trustworthy, and kind. The service is excellent and prompt. Absolutely the best in the area. I will definitely go back here in the future for any maintenance/service needs!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The service team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My advisor, Hong, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially loved their text message communication system—it kept me updated throughout the entire process, from when my car was being assessed to when it was ready for pickup. The transparency and convenience made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!
