This was my 4th Kia. Oakland Kia delivered. again. The sales person, Eric was supportive and informative... the accounting Dept, James was helpful and on hand for the transaction... Mason the manager was attentive and expert in reviewing all the details. Overall ,this confirmed my choice to continue contact with Oakland Kia and my choice of the K4 ... which has proven to be an excellent choice.. a great, well designed vehicle , and a great driving experience .

This is my first Kia and EV, I bought it used which came with a recall so I made an appt with Oakland Kia, which was really easy via the Kia Connect app. I was pleasantly surprised of how fast the car was finished. I'm a recovering BMW owner where their recalls usually had them keep my car for overnight or 2 days. There were a couple of undone maintenance items that I had them do as well, super affordable compared to BMW. I love BMW's but this Kia has gone far beyond my expectations.

Gianna was great helping me out via text with my questions and getting my test drive set up. Bo handled the test drive and sales well, listening to me and meeting me at my level. James is the man, and sealed the deal. Staff was great too, got my new car freshly washed and charged up for me to drive off in. Good experience all around. Recommend.

I’ve only been there three times for oil change services on my 2024 Sportage Hybrid but on the last one my turn signal indicator had gotten loose so it wasn’t operating well, I asked them to advise and during the service they totally fixed it free of charge, I was / am quite pleased. They are prompt, polite and always on time, I fully recommend Oakland Kia service.

We take our Kia for service here for past 5+ years. The people there are amazing. The service representatives are honest with you, don't try to upsell you, and very responsive. Highly recommend the service center and dealership - we have bought our past 2 cars with them and each time the experience was stress free!
