Explained everything to me super well and at my pace. The whole facility itself. Everyone was super friendly and have smiles on their faces. All very welcoming and friendly. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with, which made the experience much better overall. My only complaint was the long amount of time spent waiting during the car-buying process. I’m in love with my new car!

Where can I start, I had the most amazing and smooth experience with Jackie! From getting a great appraisal on my 2020 Mercedes and leaving with such an exciting upgrade! Made an appointment to see a car, and when we arrived the car wasn't even on the lot it was off being smog tested. Got told to come back another day, and when we arrived two days later it still wasn't available. Had to wait an hour for it be ready as it was still going through inspection. Why are you offering a car for sale online when its unable to be sold or seen? Took it for a test drive finally, was impressed by it. Went back in to discuss the numbers with the manager as it was a bit higher than our budget. They had zero interest in negotiations once I put out my number, basically telling me "this car is in great shape and there aren't even photos online right now" aka "I have no reason to make a deal with you and am no longer interested in dealing with you" There's a $1,295 lojack added to the car that apparently is not optional even though removing it would have put the car closer to our budget and probably gotten the sale done. So all their online prices don't include this mandatory $1,295 charge. You should really include this in your online price and stop sneaking it in after the fact "We don't want our car getting stolen" How is it getting stolen off your lot if I have the keys because I likely would've bought and owned it if you just removed it? Oh and I was told by this manager that headlight restoration isnt a thing and you have to replace the whole light. No, its totally real. Its absolutely something you can do to a headlight. Once it was clear we weren't going to pay full asking price for the car, the manager told us "well, think about it" then walked away and left us sitting in his dark office. No "thanks for coming" or "maybe we'll talk soon" just walked off and left us. Honestly it seems like an OK operation, but the whole process just felt like we were getting dicked around a bit.
