I love my new Mustang Mach E and it's all thanks to Uptown Ford!!! Shabana is the sales rep who helped me test drive a few vehicles and she was great to work with. Marcus is the sales manager who helped make sure the trade in process for my Bronco Sport went smoothly. Words cant express how thankful I am for his support and dedication towards making sure everything was perfectly done. I highly recommend choosing this local Ford dealer above the rest !

For our 5-year wedding anniversary, we wanted to celebrate by buying a Ford Mustang convertible and taking it for a drive to Tahoe. Five years ago, on this very date, we had rented a Mustang — so this felt like the perfect full-circle moment. We visited Ford Oakland, and from the test drive to finalizing the purchase, everything was incredibly smooth. The customer service was excellent. Shabana Jalali was very helpful and responsive. Resting to my texts and always very polite and helpful Tiant Davis was extremely helpful knowledgeable and kind he took his time. Explaining things to me and answered all of my questions. I had a wonderful experience at Uptown Ford. Oakland I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
