From start to drive off, my entire experience with Porsche San Francisco’s sales team was luxury level. I wasn’t completely surprised, as my experiences with their Service team are always 5-star. I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. I was made to feel genuinely welcomed. I want to specifically call out André for his personalized approach to customer service. He communicated with me every step of the way and made sure that the process went smoothly. If there were any delays, I was kept in the loop. My every need was not only attended to, but anticipated. Ralph and Joyce were pivotal in making the purchase painless. Of all of my vehicle purchases, I have never had a better experience.

Had an amazing experience purchasing from Porsche San Francisco. I worked directly with Karla and Phil, as a buyer in Southern California, and they made the process extremely easy. Pricing was fantastic, and communication was even better. What highly recommend and will be a returning customer!

I visited Porsche San Francisco for an oil change and alignment in December. While the alignment wasn’t corrected on the first attempt, my service advisor Michelle showed dedication to get things right. Though it took a couple more visits, and a minor hiccup with wheel scratches, Corey, the manager, ensured it was all resolved to perfection. They refinished all wheels and finally nailed the alignment. Despite the bumps, they upheld outstanding service—offering a loaner car, and even a future discount on my exhaust upgrade. In the end, I’m truly impressed with their commitment. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Great experience working with Ralph! This was my first 911 (and Porsche) purchase so I needed someone who was an expert and can guide me in the right direction. Ralph helped me ensure I had the right specs. He did not push or add anything I didn’t need. I went through over 5 configurations and each time he patiently adjusted and answered my questions. Ralph has all the connections as well. He works with a local PPF shop that was able to wrap the entire car before my pickup date, saving me an extra trip. In addition, his colleague Roger in Finance was also able to find me a great loan rate. Highly recommend and will definitely refer anyone who’s looking for their dream car.

Purchased a new 2026 GT3 from James Shinn last week. In fact I purchased a 2024 Targa GTS from him when he was at Stevens Creek Porsche. James provided excellent communication which ensured a smooth and seamless transaction. He explained all the features of the car and assisted with setup. He followed up the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. I've recommended him to friends and family. The showroom and facilities at San Francisco Porsche are amazing as an added bonus.
