I just purchased a CPO vehicle from San Francisco Toyota this past week, and it was an amazing experience! The team at Van Ness makes everything very straight forward with fair and transparent pricing; I came into the dealership a bit after lunch time for a test drive and drove off with everything completed by 3 PM. (Pro tip: there is customer parking in the garage, the entrance is on Sacramento Street.) From CarFaxes to coffee, San Francisco Toyota made sure that my family and I were taken care of, and all of our questions and concerns were 100% addressed and resolved. They have good prices for every model of Toyota and they are very fast in car selling process.. I’m very happy. I have to say something about my car : 1 : Tires shine material was very bad because made my car dirty ( my car sides was oily and dusty and black !!) 2 : They didn’t give me the gifts ( Toyota hat or T shirt or Coffee mug) 😆 I recommend SF Toyota to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Dan Vong and Anthony Hom on a RAV-4 PHEV purchase. I reserved almost a month prior at MSRP/TSRP. On the delivery date, very straight forward and easy process done within 2 hours. Dan introduced the new highlight feature patiently to my parents. Will definitely shop again if buying another Toyota.

Absolutely outstanding experience at San Francisco Toyota purchasing my 2026 RAV4 GR. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. I first sent an inquiry email early in the morning and received an incredibly fast and professional follow-up from Vic Kim, BDC Manager. Vic immediately provided detailed information on the vehicle, including pricing, with zero games or hidden surprises. Super transparent and easy to work with. Scheduling my appointment was effortless. When we arrived, Allan, General Sales Manager, personally greeted us out front, which honestly is not something I’m used to seeing at most dealerships. It immediately showed how strong their team culture and customer-first approach is. The RAV4 was freshly washed and sitting on the showroom floor waiting for us, making the experience feel organized and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Ryan Dong, Product Specialist, was exceptional throughout the process. Ryan thoroughly reviewed the vehicle, explained all the options and features, and made the demo drive informative without any pressure. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. Within about 20 minutes, Ryan and Leo Kwong, Finance Manager, had us in finance wrapping up paperwork. Leo made the financing process competitive, straightforward, and painless. What really stood out was how fairly priced the vehicle was. The 2026 RAV4 GR is a very limited-production vehicle, and most dealerships around the Bay Area are marking these up aggressively. San Francisco Toyota was by far one of the most competitively priced dealers I found. By delivery, the car was washed, ready to go, and the process was seamless from beginning to end. Honestly, one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a new Toyota, especially a hard-to-find vehicle, go see Ryan and the team at San Francisco Toyota.
