I recently bought a 2014 Fiesta ST and had an incredible experience with Jose. From my first inquiry, he took the time to call me personally and answer all my questions about the car and financing. Since I work a normal weekly schedule, Jose went out of his way to accommodate me, staying late into the night so I could test drive the car and start the paperwork. We finalized everything the next day. What really stood out was his rare level of honesty and transparency. After some bad experiences with other dealers in the past, Jose completely changed my perspective. The car was in pristine condition, and after chatting with him, it's clear how much dedication he puts into hand-picking the cars he sells. I’m super happy with my purchase and highly recommend working with him!

I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 with about 30,000 miles on October 5, 2023. The very next day, I noticed the vehicle would jerk while driving. When I brought it up, I was told that it was “normal” because it was a used SUV. I trusted their explanation, but the problem never went away. For the past two years, I have continued to experience issues with the vehicle and repeatedly expressed my concerns. Instead of taking the problem seriously, I felt like my concerns were ignored. Now that my powertrain warranty has expired, I am being told I need a new transmission and have to pay for it out of pocket. A transmission should not fail on a vehicle that had only 30,000 miles when it was sold, especially when the issue was reported from day one. My experience has been extremely disappointing. It feels like customer concerns are not a priority and that making the sale matters more than helping customers after the purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

5 out of 5. Jose the owner was as real as can be and made the process as easy as buying a new washing machine. They seem to take great care in inspecting and servicing these vehicles before they are made ready for sale. Jose took the time to text and call me answering all my questions about the car and giving a superb video inspection of everything in detail before we made the trip. Wonderful car, very fair price, zero pressure. Whatever nightmare dealership experience you have, this was the opposite. Would absolutely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've bought **two cars** from ALL USA Motors, and Jose, the owner, is hands-down the nicest car dealer you'll ever meet. His prices are fair, and he's gone above and beyond by replacing small things for **free**—spark plugs on my first car and a headlight bulb on the second—without me even asking. I just knew I could trust him and came to ask prices. If you tell Jose the specific car you want, he'll make it happen. After my first Fusion Hybrid was totaled and insurance paid out, I left the country on vacation. I simply mentioned I needed another Ford Fusion Hybrid, and by the time I returned, he had **exactly** what I wanted waiting for me. I couldn't believe it. It's rare to find someone this honest and trustworthy in the car business, but Jose sets the standard for how all dealers and small business owners should treat their customers. He'll be my go-to car guy as long as I live in San Jose. **Thank you, Jose—I appreciate you so much!**

I had a great experience here buying a car from Jose. He took time out of his day off to meet me at the dealership. He communicated well and provided all the pictures and details about the car I could ask for. He was one of the friendliest and most professional dealers I've met.
