From the moment I contacted Kian about a vehicle I saw on the website to driving off the lot in my new car was only about 72 hours — and honestly, if I didn’t already have prior commitments, the whole process could’ve been completed in a single day. Kian was upfront, fair on pricing, and took the time to explain every detail about the vehicle before I even arrived. When I got there, the Kia EV6 was exactly as described, clean, ready to go, and available for a test drive immediately. No surprises, no pressure, and nothing different from what had already been communicated. The paperwork process was smooth and stress-free, and overall the customer service was outstanding. I want to let everyone knows, even is someone personal text you and contact you that the shop would open please come in today, it might not be open. I got a very friendly quick response from Sergio about the car I was looking for. He was very helpful. I confirmed with him I will be there today. He told me come in anytime we open till 6 pm. I went there around 2:30 pm and no one is here. The door was locked !!! I called them 4 times and it keep saying that this phone number can’t answer my phone. Wow ! I thought I got the wrong address or door. But it is the right place. I drove here from San Carlos with traffic during the holiday season. It is not nice and very unprofessional to tell me to come over and the shop even not open ! Sergio even is not here today himself ! What the heck ! I’m so glad I’m not desperate to get a car now. Maybe you said on Google it showed closed. But if someone personally contacted you few times told you he would be there to help you, that’s different. If Sergio didn’t contact me, I would definitely call to make an appointment before I get here. Now I decide I will not let this ridiculous matter destroy my happiness during this special holiday season. You can fool me once but that’s it !!! Good luck to you and have a nice life !!!

The absolute best experience I could’ve ever had with a dealership! Daniel and Kian went above and beyond to make sure I had the easiest and most amazing experience purchasing my first car. Going in I was nervous about buying a car, but their excellent customer service quickly put me at ease. I could not be more thankful for their patience while explaining everything, answering all my questions, and communicating well with me during the entire process. Buying my first car here was a smooth and memorable experience! The dealership has a great selection of hybrid and electric vehicles, and the cars are in excellent working condition. I really appreciated the transparent pricing, fair deals, and straightforward cash & financing options. Kian and Daniel are very friendly, professional, and respectful, and there was absolutely no pressure through out the entire process.
