Amazing dealer! I cannot express how helpful Michelle was. I recommend this place 100%. They care and will do anything and everything to try and help you out and work with you, I left with 2016 jeep and can say I am very pleased with my purchase. Don’t go anywhere else this is the place to come and purchase your vehicle!

I highly recommend coming here. I had the best experience i felt welcomed. i like how i didn't feel pressured they understood me and did their best to help me. I recommend you ask for Tito he's the man and hell take amazing care of you. Tito was so clear and very helpful. I felt comfortable asking any question. Will definitely be coming back for future purchase.

On 12/26/23 i applied for in house financing and got approved. I went over to look and found a 2010 mazda 5. The girl helping said they would send it over to get maintenance done due to a sensor issue. Two days later i go back to see whats up and they say the mechanic just got the part and car should be ready to be picked up next day. So i started the application process and i had called ahead to triple check about the downpayment needed as they only accept cash for it. As i was signing it she went over the cost. Cash price was $9995 after taxes fees and financing at a high apr it would be $15k at $350 a month for 39 months with $1600 down. Keep in mind the car is still in the shop. I called several times a week to check the status and me hanic said the manufacturer was sending the wrong part and then they had to take things apart and rebuild. I complained to the dealer that this was not good as i was told the dealer talked me out of a refund by insisting i just wait because its good that they are taking forever rather than rushing. I received the car on 1/25/24. Had my friend do a run through and everything seemed okay. Next day ac stopped working/ and windows didnt work so they fixed it. 3 weeks later on 2/16/24 the car died while idle and wouldn’t start. It kept shutting down 4 times before i got it to a mechanic. I reached out to dealer about the warranty and he said it only covers engine not alternator. The mechanic called and said i was lucky the car didnt catch fire with how badly it was burnt/melted, the brakes were really bad and it needed a new alternator, and engine witing harness. He said he was unable to locate the harness as its a discontinued product which means the car cant be repaired, its undrivable and not safe. I called the previous mechanic and asked what was fixed on the car since the dealership stated it was sent for maintenance, they said that the dealer brought the car in and told him what to fix and thats all they did the dealer only approved of one thing pertaining to the engine which was the intake manifold. The other two issue the mechanic said he was told to just clear it. This car was advertised as runs great ect. Car fax was clean. Once i found out the dealer lied about the vehicle and how its unrepairable based on two different mechanics i let the dealer know and he said he did nothing wrong, he refuses a refund as its now past 30days and i said yes and no. I might of signed the contract on 12/28/23 but i disnt take possession of the vehicle until 1/25/24 and only had it for 3 weeks before it died. Since he refuses to acknowledge selling a known bad car, false advertisement ect I stated i will be returning the vehicle as a voluntary repo, he said well it will be sent to collections then i said ill see him in court. . I told him i refuse to pay $350 a month for a non operational car that ive had for only 3 weeks. It has spent more time in a shop than it had in my possession.
