Ximena from the start was friendly and helpful on our initial phone conversations to set up my test drive appointment. The following Saturday I arrived a bit early, not a problem, she was ready and prepared for my arrival. Upon test driving the vehicle, I had a couple of questions, we spoke of my concerns, she was willing to negotiate, we came to terms and we closed the sale!
