If I could give 10 stars I would! Elite Autos went above and beyond my expectations! Sasan was very knowledgeable and was able to give me REAL information about my car, my trade-in value and the process. I was able to submit almost all of my information online and when I showed up to my appointment Sasan had the car ready to test drive and the carfax ready for me to review. I've had several luxury vehicles and WOW, the customer service I got from Elite Autos was superb. (look at me busting out the fancy words. haha) Even though our transaction was a bit complex, Sasan was a champ and was our advocate. He took the time to talk to the bank and sort everything out. Thank you Sasan and Elite Autos. We are extremely happy with our new vehicle and will definitely recommend our friends and family! A+
