I strongly do not recommend Express Credit Motors. I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from them on January 24, 2026 for $14,999. Within days, the car developed serious mechanical problems: crackling steering, grinding brakes, failure to start, and a dead battery. These are major safety issues that should have been addressed before selling the car. Even though the car was sold “as-is,” I expected it to be safe and drivable. Unfortunately, the dealership has not resolved the problem, leaving me frustrated and stressed over a vehicle I cannot safely use. If you’re considering buying from Express Credit Motors, get a thorough independent inspection first. My experience shows that the quality and safety of their vehicles may be unreliable.

I had a very disappointing experience with Express Credit Motors. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from them on January 24, 2026 for $14,999. Within days of the purchase, the vehicle started having serious problems, including a crackling noise from the steering wheel, grinding noises from the brakes, failure to start, and a dead battery. These are major safety and reliability issues that should not happen immediately after buying a vehicle from a dealership. I understand the car was sold “as-is,” but customers should still expect a vehicle to be safe and operable at the time of sale. Selling a car with steering and brake issues raises serious concerns about the inspection and quality of the vehicles they offer. I reached out to the dealership to resolve the issue, but the situation has been very frustrating and stressful. I would advise potential buyers to be very cautious, have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing, and carefully review all paperwork. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially for such a significant purchase.

Went to other car lots before visiting express credit motors and was declined after hours of waiting for approval. Express credit motors has many cars to choose from finding one perfect for my growing family Sam helped me get approved in less than an hour and driving off with the car I wanted without any hassle.

I definitely have to give Sammy a shoutout! I’ve visited a handful of dealerships to try and find a family vehicle, my credit isn’t all that great so I ran into some difficulties, most of those difficulties included waiting 5+ hours at these other dealerships just to get a No at the end (even with a down payment) Long story short, I found the exact vehicle I was searching for and was driving home within an hour and a half. No hassles, no run arounds, straight to business.

I bought a GMC Yukon Denali from this dealership a year ago. Let’s just say I should’ve read all the reviews before purchasing. Within the first 3 months of ownership I dumped $3,000 in the truck just to get it road ready. I went to my fav mechanic in SJ to get him to hook the truck up to his computer and tell me what codes were cleared from the dealer. No lights were on the dash but, the truck rode horrible. My mechanic told me the truck should’ve never been registered with the faults he found on his computer that they deleted. The truck needed an entire exhaust system set up ($700), new lifters, spark plugs, wires & coil pack, new camshaft, rods & head gasket! ($4200), I had to replace the transmission recently ($3500) and found out the old one was never serviced by the previous owner! Once I had the few hiccups with the truck in the beginning I stopped making the payments & shipped it to my dad so he could finish the rest of the work. I only had 4 payments left and the owner gave me one month free due to the issues I was having which was nice. I’m now in the process of paying the truck off and getting my title. No one is going to take this truck from me after I put so much of my hard earned money into it. When the dealership shouldn’t have even sold it legally without completing most of the repairs. The dealership stated the truck passed California emissions test & my mechanic assured me the paperwork was forged. He did an emissions test before fixing the truck and it failed horribly. SMH this is a lesson learned for me. I hope one of you can learn from my mistake and experience with this company. I’m still debating on taking them to court after obtaining the proof I have of deception & the testimonies from all three mechanic I allowed to perform work on this truck! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
