We went to look at a car, and ended up buying it because the car turned out great, but also because Alex was amazing, he let us take our time and answered all our questions. Both Alex and Javier were great, and made the whole process stress free. Great dealership!

I was looking a good used car for my niece. I found a few good cars at the Royal Auto Sales of San Jose from their website. I went there and tested drive the car that fits my budget. The car in excellent shape. While driving, i noticed steering wheel shaking when brake. Javier also noticed too and he said he will tell his boss to replace new pads and rotors. Came to next day to pick up the car and the car has new front brake pad and rotors. Braking is smooth. Javier is very responsive and kept his words. He is very friendly too. There is no pushing on his parts. He listened to my questions and checked to see if he can help. Thanks Javier

My husband and I needed a second vehicle fast! We weren’t having any luck in our neighborhood so we went where we knew… San Jose! We stopped by this dealership and were greeted very nicely by Javier. He was most helpful and showing us the cars he had available. The boss man, Alex helped us close the deal. It was a fast process for a reliable car with a great deal! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. The service was outstanding!

Compared to the rest of the used car dealerships we visited on San Carlos/Stevens Creek in San Jose, this place was a gem. Their cars were clean and reasonably priced. We did end up making a purchase and are happy with it. Javier was our salesman. He was honest, patient, and gave us a fair deal.
