We just left our first experience of buying a car from this business, and my husband and I are both thrilled. We were greeted as we walked up by Mr. Cruz O., who proceeded to dedicate 5+ hours to working within our budget and specifications, taking us to various locations and test driving half a dozen cars. We decided on a model we liked, and were walked through the process with personable, professional, and pressure-free service. Mr. Cruz was able to recommend a competent and efficient insurance agent who set us up with our ideal coverage plan, and also arranged to have our new car picked up at a later date in the near future. I recommend this business for their professionalism and insight, as well as Mr. Cruz specifically for the jovial, personable, and knowledgeable service he provided. We had every impression that he was working to get us exactly what we wanted, and his team of supporting staff (manager, signing agent, and friendly other staff members) introduced themselves and made themselves available to support us in a prompt manner. We will absolutely be recommending this business and Mr. Cruz, and look forward to seeing them again, ourselves, in the future. If you want the best used car purchase experience in the springs ask for Mrs Pacheco. She is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She truly does want to help you to get into the right vehicle for your needs. The experience was so pleasant that we actually had a hiccup with the truck I had just purchased that nobody was aware of. The amazing thing was, that without absolutely no pushback they fixed the problem immediately, on my terms and with out playing any games. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and am so thankful I met Mrs Pacheco and blessed she was the one who helped me navigate this purchase. I feel like I have met a new friend. So this has been long overdue but I'll keep it short. Christian and Adam were amazing during our process of selling and buying cars. I understand business is business and we came to reasonable and fair agreements in my opinion every encounter. If I were to be in Colorado any longer I would 100% come back to work with these guys.
