I got my car from here in April of 2024, at the time service was great! I had an alignment issue the first week I got it and they fixed it for me which was super nice and helpful. The lack of communication though is insane. I hadn't had my car for even 2 years before I started getting problems with it, which I am a bit understanding of since I did get a 2015 Chevy trax. Though I've been trying to call to see if maybe my warranty will cover and nobody is kind enough to reach back. Nobody ever answers the phone either and then the message I get is that the mailbox is full which is so frustrating. I'm paying for a car I can't even drive now because they never got back to me on warranty and probably never will.

Stay away unless you are a mechanic. Bought an F-150 from them and quickly realized it had many issues. Vibration, lights not working, rumbling on the highway, etc. Called them to explain and they told me the owner would cover the repairs. Went to the owner’s shop and was pretty much stalled for days. The original offer to cover the light was quickly retracted and I had to call twice a day to even get an update. Shame because the sales team were great. Now I’m stuck with a truck that has issues. Do not recommend to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from these crooks. My daughter hasn’t even had her car for a year and the Engine is already gone. Never ever, ever buy a car as is without warranty. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell cars without warranty. You guys be careful they are smooth talking devils. Our mistake as well but don’t trust them. I couldn’t imagine screwing people over for a living. You all have a list of excuses for those of us who didn’t have a good experience and instead of taking accountability you blame the buyer. You all bought this car at an auction and I believe you knew exactly what condition it was in. This why you all didn’t even OFFER A WARRANTY and only offer a carfax without full information that we had to find out on our own. And you definitely lied about that on facebook because NO ONE offered a warranty. You also make the argument so bad between your customers and then tell them they aren’t welcome because you are afraid of accountability. We are not scared we know lawyers and we are fighting this no matter how bad you want to make it our fault. Even if we don’t win this case I will let you know that it is very unfortunate how you treat people who work hard for a living and need a reliable vehicle. You are baiting the argument and I will not fall for your tactics. I PRAY that God helps people see not to do business with you guys so they don’t face the same unfortunate situation. Unfortunately we believed we were in good hands.

I bought my vehicle in November of 2025. Im still waiting for them to file my paperwork. Mark has reached out and has made it a point to take care of the situation by getting me temporary tags. I appreciate them working with me to get the situation resolved.

Purchased a Suburban in 2025, we just found out the dealership did not pay the warranty company, resulting in our warranty being cancelled. We paid in full for the vehicle and warranty. I reached out daily for almost two weeks to get this issue resolved and they Never called or emailed me back. I have now reported them to every government agency available to me, and I'm looking into other legal options. Complete Crooks.
