I want to first thank Jimmy Lizama for his help in making my first car purchase very smooth and easy. I found the car I had been looking for online through Capital One. I submitted an inquiry and Marco contacted me to schedule a showing. The pictures were clear and showed the vehicle was in excellent condition. The carfax provided also matched that. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time the men at the counter greeted me and were very pleasant. Marco showed the vehicle and immediately I was sold. Marco allowed me to test drive although my mind was made up. The process was very smooth Marco explained everything he even talked me into trading my car I drove there in even with the negative equity I was bringing. Leo the finance man was wonderful very pleasant and explained everything throughly. I ended up leaving with my new vehicle and a wonderful experience. This is only my second car purchase and it was really the second best experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Alexandria Toyota.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, they saved the day after a smaller local Toyota dealership in Prince Frederick, MD nearly forced me away from Toyota all together with exceptionally rude and unprofessional behavior. My salesman, Sangar and the sales manager, Ale, stepped in and made me feel valued and appreciated. They worked diligently and quickly to get me the most possible money for my trade and the best price for my 4Runner Hybrid. The whole purchase process was fast, the finance department was fantastic and I was in an out in record time! I also appreciate they accommodated my schedule and stayed open later to finish the deal, no one complained, everyone smiled and I felt like a human being and not just a statistic like I have at many other dealers. This dealership is amazing, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Toyota!

Great service overall—everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Regina, my service advisor, was knowledgeable, kind, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The cashier, Wondette, was wonderful as well. I really appreciated the excellent customer service from both of them.
