I’m a first time car buyer and was nervous about the process and she guided me through it earlier this week i came back today on friday and claimed the car she showed to me and am astonished the year, mileage and the condition the car is in i am truly thankful for her coworker for assisting me through this process

Warning: Don’t buy from this company. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m going through the exact same situation right now with my vehicle. I recently purchased a car from this company. The salesperson was not rude—in fact, he was helpful. However, I purchased a warranty for my vehicle and was later told that the needed repairs are not covered. I will be sending everything to my attorney first thing tomorrow morning. As will as filing a complaint with the state and the BBB. My warranty clearly states that seals and gaskets are covered, and that is exactly what is required to repair my vehicle. Below is this warranty and the needed repair: Repair needed: Timing Cover leaking as well as rear main timing cover reseal Warranty coverage: Engine Gas/Diesel - All internally lubricated parts, including Exhaust manifold, Timing chain and gears, Timing belt. Engine block is covered with the failure of an internally lubricated part Seals and Gaskets Cylinder heads, Intake manifold (all others in conjunction with a covered component part.

I just called to inquire about a car on their website and someone answers in Spanish. I ask for English please, and after a wait, I get another person with a strong accent. I ask if the 2019 Corvette Z06 is still available and she has trouble finding the car. She gives me a price that is not even close. It's way too low and I know what the car is worth. I tell her this and she tells me another price that's still not even close. I said thanks, not interested and hung up. Very odd experience. The Google reviews were really good so I kept mine 4 stars to not lower it too much. But this was not a good experience.
