Hannah and Nate were both excellent -- very responsive over the course of many emails and several phone calls. This was important as I was interested in different cars and not local to the area. They were happy to work out details over email, and once we had a deal I was content with, I made the trip and ended up purchasing the car. It turned out that the car was located at the associated DARCARS Volvo location in Rockville, where I was able to do a no-pressure, extended solo test drive to more clearly make up my mind. The folks there were just as knowledgeable about the Polestars, and their parts department stocked the accessories I was interested in. The sales person there, Manny, was responsive to all of my concerns and a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to the whole team and thanks for the smooth process.

Why can’t all car buying experiences be like Polestar? Choosing your model and pricing expectations are all done before you pay your deposit, and hand-off with the team at the DC Space was friendly and smooth. Everyone who I interacted with was responsive and knowledgeable about my questions before and after taking delivery. I’m very happy with my new Polestar 2 and the process to acquire it.

In my exploration into EV ownership, I must say the Polestar DC team has been great. Each team member including Nate and Paul were really attentive in ensuring a great experience. I truly recommend anyone looking for EV to go see the Polestar DC team. I absolutely love my Polestar 3 and cannot wait to continue to explore all the features of my new car.

The entire DC Polestar team were great to work with! From showroom discussions and vehicle previews, to the test drive, to designing a car, checking inventory and putting in my order, every step of the process was smooth and easy. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and super-courteous. And if that weren’t all enough, the car’s they’re selling are AMAZING!! I love my new Polestar 3, and I appreciate the team that helped me get it.

This location is terrible. Why Not be in NoVa or at least somewhere in DC with a parking area? We had to circle around 30 mins to find a parking spot. We came to this location once and told all our needs could not be met and we would have to come back later. Instead of coming back to DC location which mile wise is way closer we went on the Charlotte Polestar. That's how much on an inconvenience DC location is. Clearly, they are not serious about getting business or making $, or giving excellent customer service. The exact opposite of Rivian which we also currently have.
