Legit went above AND BEYOND to help me. Mustafa personally helped me register my car and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Sam and Shan worked with me to get the exact car I wanted with a price that worked for me, and they broke down the process in an easily understandable way. They were great from beginning to end. I bought an electric car from Royal Motors and while dealing with the tax credit was a headache because of the IRS, Royal Motors was very helpful, even when things got very frustrating on the tax credit side. The car is amazing to drive, they let you test drive it without pressure tactics. They also let you test and check the car thoroughly if you want to. Sports Chevrolet wouldn't do that and Ourisman will try to sell a car they can't even legally take off the lot (nor sell) and they're bigger dealerships - in other words, it's nice to not deal with a stereotypical jerk of a car seller for once. They are very much a place to buy from if you don't want hand-holding or "Do you want to buy this now? How about now?" type sales tactics. It's a smaller dealership so sometimes things are very chaotic but it's nice not getting screwed over for once.

God forbid you go into this business. I called three days ahead to confirm a viewing of a vehicle after messaging them through CARFAX to let them know that I had liked a car and was planning on purchasing it after being pre approved, I did not learn until I arrived at there location that they had in fact sold the car a day before I was supposed to come in and purchase said vehicle without any updates. I understand that I am not entitled to a vehicle after one phone call, however, the lack of communication as well as professionalism and customer care(The dealer or manager, was far to busy playing minigolf and watching TikTok on his phone to try and remedy the issue or conduct business)was absolutely unacceptable. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business to any reasonable person thinking about buying a car.
