By all means at first yes they gave phenomenal service first week bought the vehicle ran fine than a month happen in my car cut off. I was an hour away From my home had no other way to get home. I had to take money to catch Ubers and buses when I have a car that I paid for within the first month. They came two days later and fix my car while I was at work kudos to them, but when it comes down to three months later of having an alternator put in your vehicle and now here it is again. Your car is shut down while you’re driving with your child in the road on a busy highway. contacted the owner to be ran off. I then go to the lot to try to converse conversation with the owner Joshua to only be told that I need to get a new battery before he can assess anything else. So I told him that it was my alternator, which in fact, after buying a $200 battery and also then turning around and buying a $50 part which is Crankshaft sensor still does not crank my car which result into it being the alternator. I’ve told this man my car broke down Sunday here it is what Thursday he’s telling me that leave the key under the mat. They’ll come and get it within a few hours. It’s been a few hours in a few days and my car is still in the same spot never been a fix never been assessed the trust level at this point has been broken and I do not deal with businesses such as this I will be filing this under my lawsuit and I promise you, I will see you in court and I promise you the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State will also have y’all business shut down . these people do not care about you. All they care about is your money they do not care about how you get your money. They do not properly check IDs or license all they give a darn about his money if anybody that moves like that clearly does not give up any care of concern about the livelihood of a person that is doing business with them I could’ve lost my child in my life if my car would’ve gotten hit, but he doesn’t care I have attached the photos of my vehicle. I’ve also attached the photos of our conversation, it would not allow me to put the conversations over the phone, but I do have conversations where all of my calls are recorded.

What a Great experience today. I’m so thankful! Joshua was very professional. He’s knowledgeable about everything on his car lot. Wonderful thing about this entire experience is that he allowed me to go to auto zone and put the car on the Obd scanner. I’ve never had a dealer allow this. From Mr. Bill, to Corey, to Moosey, the entire staff was Wonderful! Thank you all!

I got a car from them and I fell on hard times and couldn’t afford the car so they came and got the car with new shoes my son drivers license and my social security number and let somebody take my stuff and then have the nerve to say it wasn’t in there lies take accountability for it I’m not mad about the car because when I got it I had nothing but problems out of it god blessed me with something better told me to bring the car to get a tuneup on it didn’t do it and lie and told me it wa done. Talking about we are here for the community. When you knew you was coming to get the car you should’ve let me get my stuff out of there.
