This is a great company to work with. Usman was very attentive and stayed in contact all the way through the process, even volunteering to come in on Sunday if that’s what the transporter needed. I am an out of state buyer which always makes things questionable but I got many videos and pictures. The car arrived exactly as I was expecting. Nothing hidden, Nothing shifty, exactly as the photos and videos showed. I genuinely can’t say thank enough. I will definitely be doing business with Usman and Ax Auto in the future.

We have bought 5 vehicles from Axautos in the past 5 years. F150 XLT, F250 KR, F350 Limited Diesel, Cadillac CT5, and most recent a Ford Expedition Platinum. Recently I aslo bought 4 cars to add to the fleet for the company I work for.The staff has been responsive and honest to deal with. I would definately refer anyone I know to them. Financing when needed was easy as was obtaining insurance and extended warranties. Abrar and Sam and the team are great.

Bought my first intro supercar from Sam over here at Ax auto. Hands-down the best / Honest person to deal with. Over 1000 miles away and he knew how nervous I was to pull the trigger. He sent me multiple photos and videos of every corner of the car. This is definitely not my last time doing business with them. Exactly what you see online is exactly what you’re gonna get in person.

I don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. I made that mistake 16 months ago. There is hidden damage to these rebuilt vehicles. Don’t believe their assertion that the insurance company was too busy to inspect each vehicle and it wasn’t really damaged. And while it’s true that state inspectors must pass rebuilt vehicles for road worthiness, they are not disassembling the dash and center console looking for interior flood damage. I learned that $1,000 lesson today (to add to the $2,000 I paid in hidden LoJack and loan origination fees after being kept waiting around for five hours on a cold January day at their subpar facility). There are no bargains here. For that extra $3,000 I could have bought the same car from a reputable dealer with a clean title. The car itself is fine but I have to take a bath in battery acid to wash off the stench each time I re-live the purchase experience. The old saying goes “a fool and his money are soon parted” and I am that fool. Don’t you become one too.
