I had an excellent experience. Everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They made sure we were taken good care of, offering water constantly. Kai or Kyle, I hope I got his name right, was wonderful. I really recommend you sell your car here. I sold a 2019 Sport Premium Audi for a reasonable price. It was still much higher than CarMax.

Timeline of Events – My Indifferent Experience with Carvana To start, I genuinely appreciated the simplicity of the car-buying process with Carvana. The ability to select a vehicle, pay the required fees, and let underwriting handle the rest made the experience feel streamlined. If everything checks out, you can have a vehicle within a week or less—which is exactly what drew me in. However, my experience did not end as well as it began. March 26, 2026 – Purchase I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom with a scheduled pickup date of April 2, 2026. April 2, 2026 – Initial Delay After completing all of Carvana’s requirements, I was informed of a delay due to the delivery driver calling out sick. New pickup date: April 5, 2026 April 5, 2026 – Vehicle Pickup Pickup day went smoothly: Signed all required documents via drop box Provided driver’s license and proof of insurance Received keys without issue After leaving the Carvana facility in Union City, GA, everything initially seemed fine. April 5, 2026 (Later That Evening) – First Issue Noticed While driving to work, I noticed a serious issue: At highway speeds (65–70 mph), the engine began knocking and shaking At first, I assumed it might be normal vibration from the truck’s multi-terrain tires. However, after completing a 12-hour shift and driving home, the issue persisted. Concerns About Inspection This raised concerns about Carvana’s advertised 150-point inspection, which is supposed to include: Engine performance checks Brake system inspection Tire tread standards Battery and electrical system checks Clean title verification Based on my experience, it feels like something was overlooked or corners were cut. April 6, 2026 – Exchange Request Initiated I contacted Carvana’s vehicle exchange department and scheduled a return: Turn-in date set for April 8, 2026 April 7, 2026 – Attempted Exchange After reconsidering, I found a 2017 Nissan Titan I was interested in and called to initiate an exchange. The process went smoothly until underwriting The exchange was suddenly canceled due to my address allegedly not being verifiable This was confusing and frustrating because: My address had already been verified to purchase and receive the first vehicle No clear explanation or additional requirements were provided Even after speaking with another representative, no one could clearly explain why the exchange was denied. April 8–9, 2026 – Final Decision Due to the unresolved issues and lack of transparency: I decided to walk away from the vehicle entirely Final turn-in date scheduled for April 9, 2026 Final Thoughts While Carvana offers a convenient and user-friendly buying process, my experience exposed some major gaps: Questionable inspection reliability Inconsistent underwriting decisions Lack of clear communication during the exchange process Overall, what started as a smooth and promising experience ended with confusion, inconvenience, and disappointment.

I purchased a vehicle from this location. It was a very easy process. The vehicle has some issues that I need to get looked at the 7 day drive and return policy isn't as easy for a person like me who has anxiety...... I has issues with registering my vehicle on the tesla app because of issues with how they had my information set up. I couldn't drive my car for almost two day because I couldn't charge it. Now I'm having issues receiving my license plates because they didn't have the correct information somehow. I regret purchasing vehicles from this company and urge anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this company to do their research.

I had an outstanding experience working with Aquille Belgrave while selling my car to Carvana. It was a foggy and rainy morning, and because of the traffic and weather I ended up driving more than two hours to reach the drop-off location. I called earlier that morning to let him know about the situation, and Aquille handled everything with great patience and professionalism. Even though I arrived a little late, he was very understanding and waited for me without any issue. His kindness and calm attitude immediately made a very positive first impression, especially since it was my first time dropping off a car to Carvana by myself. Throughout the entire process, Aquille demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and attention to detail. He carefully checked everything and ensured the transaction was smooth and efficient. What truly stood out was how much he values the customer experience. After completing the sale, he took the time to explain the next steps and reminded me about the follow-up process. He even thoughtfully pointed out the Uber pickup area so I could easily arrange transportation afterward. Aquille’s outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly reflect the highest standard of customer service. I highly recommend him.

Great selection of cars. You take a gamble with getting good customer service. The 7 day 400 mile warranty is a complete joke. No guarantee the service will be completely covered by the warranty. No guarantee the vendor that works on car will have the service started with in the 7 days. If the service is done and covered by the warranty. Its the cheapest parts imaginable. Exchanging cars is a whole different experience. Caravana is the doordash of car sales. It works when you don't have time to go shop for a car. If you trade in a car, and the deal doesn't work out. You don't get your car back. You get the trade in price which it's a problem if you have a back up car handy.
