I purchased a vehicle from a different Hola Auto Sales location and the process went smoothly. The employees were always friendly and I always reciieved a free oil change whenever it was needed. Unfortunately, the motor in that vehicle blew out 4 months after I paid the vehicle off. So I came to this location to get another vehicle because at the time the other location was low on inventory. The entire experience with this location has been nothing short of a nightmare. I did not recieve a discount for being a returning customer. When I first obtained the vehicle, I never recieved all of the paperwork I was supposed to receive and was unaware a payment of $500 was expected from me before my official payments began. They repossessed the vehicle with out warning, and charged me 2,000 just to get it back. The associates are not as warm or welcoming, and they will also avoid providing you with free oil changes even when they see and confirm that it is time for an oil change see the vehicle is hundreds of miles over the suggested oil change limit. I can't wait to be done with this company. I pray the motor won't blow on on the vehicle I have now once I'm done paying $500 per month for a 2013 Honda Civic that was a serious down grade from the 2009 Honda Accord that I loved so much but malfunctioned shortly after purchasing it. Hopefully I will be able to put it on Turo and recoup some of my losses. Long story short, avoid spending at this location. Although the other location sells vehicles that probably won't last long after purchase, atleast you'll get free oil changes and friendly service there.

I had a very frustrating and inconsistent experience with this dealership. Before even moving forward, I asked if the vehicle was ready and if emissions could be completed the same day if I decided to purchase. I was told yes. Based on that, I continued. I also asked before test driving if the car had a CVT transmission and was told it was a standard automatic. Later, when the owner checked the VIN/Carfax, it confirmed the car was actually a CVT. That alone made it hard to trust the information being given. During the test drive, I noticed the clock was blinking, which made me feel like the system may have been reset. The ABS light was not on, so I took the car to AutoZone to get it scanned. The salesperson even mentioned that people do this all the time, so I believed I was doing the right thing. The scan showed ABS-related codes. Once I brought this up, everything changed. I was then told the car was “not ready” and needed to be made “emissions ready,” and that the price would increase. This directly contradicted what I was told at the beginning. I made it clear I was still ready to buy the car under a contingent agreement — meaning I would purchase it if the ABS and brake issues were properly fixed. Instead of working with me, I was told I was “jerking their leg.” I was even told at one point that I was “talking too much” and asked to be quiet. I was willing to stay in a reasonable price range of about $12,500–$13,000 for a 2014 Honda Civic in that condition. The car was already around $14,000, and after repairs they mentioned the price would go up to $15,000–$16,000, which felt overpriced. I also suggested handling basic maintenance like rear brakes myself to keep things simple, but they made it seem impossible to move forward. They sent me to a sister location, where the staff actually understood what I meant by a contingent purchase and seemed willing to work with me. The only issue there was their policy about distance since I live in Macon. I don’t blame that location — they were following their rules. The confusion started at the first location. Overall, this experience involved inconsistent information, changing terms, and poor communication. The car was presented as ready (cleaned and on display), but clearly was not. From a customer perspective, this could have been a simple deal if they had agreed to fix the issues without raising the price. Instead, the terms kept changing, which made the entire experience feel like a waste of time. I would recommend verifying everything upfront before visiting.

Process was a little long but I had great service. Meryen was great. She walked me through each step and worked with me on my down payment. Good vehicles here. Love my new ride.
