I have used MDJ 4x in the last 3/years and each time I visit my rental process is smooth. I recently rented from another U-Haul in the city and the experience was dreadful. I won’t be making that mistake again. MDJ ALWAYS!

I will go to them EVERY SINGLE TIME for a U-Haul rental!!! The staff there are so kind, so generous, and so professional. There is one young man that works there (i wish i would've gotten his name) he definitely needs a raise asap! He understands the value of great customer service. I feel like he does all he can to take care of me whenever I talk to him and I see him do the same with other customers. He is truly an elite employee!! I pray God blesses him and that company 10-fold!!! Thank you for being amazing keep up the great work!!!!!

Rented Uhauls with MDJ probably around 5 times now and every time it's been a painless and pleasant experience. Between the consistently great customer service and the good location on Memorial, I'll keep coming back until either MDJ isn't there anymore or I don't live in ATL.

We had such a great experience here renting a cargo van. Easy pick up and drop off. We had trouble with our storage unit and had to keep the van over night. They were super accommodating and made everything so smooth and stress free! 10/10 would rent a moving truck here again.
