I recently picked up a 2005 Sienna from Jon at J&J Cars and overall had a good experience. They were upfront from the beginning about two parts that needed to be replaced, which I appreciated. Their mechanic, Chad, took care of the repairs after working around my availability, which made things really convenient. The van itself runs smooth and has been reliable so far. I’m still waiting on the title, but they did let me know ahead of time that it could take 30–60 days, and we’re still within that timeframe. Overall, I appreciate the honesty and communication. I’d recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a used vehicle.

Buying a used car in Hawaii is super difficult! We were in town for one week looking for a vehicle for my son, who just became stationed there at age 18 in Honolulu. We went hunting down good deals Across all sides of the island. It was like every place we went to was either a chop shop some ridiculous weird reason why every car was damaged didn’t run right or something, or was priced too high! The reason why I’m writing this review is because when we got and purchase a vehicle at J&J because it was a good price it was in good shape and had good history and a fair easy way to get a car! Well, things didn’t go as planned and as soon as we left the dealership within 24 hours codes began to pop. We took it back and weren’t expecting such great service loyalty! There were several sensors repairs and things that need to be done and they took care of it in good faith! I will definitely be recommending John at JNJ cars super satisfied, super happy. I have two other sons will be purchasing vehicles there soon and they will go straight to the dealership in nowhere else. This guy is legit, great attitude, friendly, fair, and honest! Five stars.

I had an good experience at J & J Cars. The owner is incredibly respectful who made the entire process smooth. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured that I was getting a good deal. The car I purchased is in great condition, and I can tell it was well taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Great customer service and a solid selection of cars. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Jon was super prompt with his response time and able to get me and my Dad in to look at the car I was interested in on the same day. He was extremely friendly the entire time and upfront about the vehicle’s history. Great experience and I’m loving my new car so far! Highly recommend.

My experience at JNJ cars Hawaii was a great one. They answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Very patient when it came to paperwork and information I needed. They worked with us in every aspect that we needed. I would recommend my family and friends here.
