I just purchased a Range Rover at Lucky Owl today. From the time I drove onto the lot, I was greeted with friendly service. The great service continued throughout my whole experience. The whole staff is friendly and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Lucky Owl to anyone. This was my first car buying experience that wasn't at a major big "new car" dealership. At first before going in, I was skeptical but also intrigued by the 5 star reviews. Well, the reviews didn't disappoint. From the moment I drove onto the lot and was greeted by Caleb, the whole process was quick, friendly, low pressure, and actually fun. They all went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The prices were great and transparent.

I bought my F150 from Lucky Owl and Alex did a great job taking care of me. I flew over from Kauai to check out the truck up and Alex grabbed me from the airport in my truck and I got to test drive and they even held it for me even though others were interested. I’m loving it and definitely would do business with them again. They also coordinated the shipping and are exceptionally responsive. 10/10 customer service

we bought a car here and Alex was great to work with. the car was a reasonable price, super clean, no issues, no crazy fees. financing and signing papers was really quick, no hassles. they even washed the car before we left with it. period!!!!! awesome customer service!!!! def recommend getting a car here

Alex is awesome person to deal with and a great place to buy a car. I thought I had bad credit, but Alex ran my credit and was very helpful and now I own my dream car! Other dealers wouldn't even talk to me or respond. Quick 30 minute process !

Fantastic! Words can’t explain how amazing these guys are. This was the easiest and straight to the point car buying experience. I had been to 4 other shops on island and it was a drag for nothing. Today I was in and out with the car I wanted no issues. I’m am truly grateful for good people like this. They just want to sell you a car. 10/10 would recommend. If you are interested in buying stop here first and make your life easier. Buying from these guys is just simple.
