Had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales. My salesman, DeVaughn, was awesome. Professional, friendly & knowledgeable. The process was fairly easy. I believe I paid a fair price for the exact car I wanted. I, personally, would recommend Enterprise, if you’re looking for a good used car.

I got myself a wonderful car a month ago, just the way I imagined, a sexy looking sedan, as I'm from Europe and we don't really like large SUV's and square shaped cars. I was driving an SUV for the past 5 years, and it was mostly for work, but I always called it "moms car", as something boring and square shaped, but not actually more functional. I'm a car enthusiast, and I really don't need a huge car as I don't buy tons of stuff at Costco or so. The crew at the Enterprise sales was extremely helpful. My personal car dealer was Andreas, (he is amazing) and the way I described what I wanted during the casual phone call, he literally found a perfect car, and I barely looked at other options. I called it a pick like Cinderella's shoe lol He got me! I got all the help needed with the loan, and paperwork, especially as Andreas has a better temper than I do to do all the calls that start with the AI menu.... it went so smoothly, it would take me much longer to do it on my own and I would lose my mind. Jasmine and Chris were also very helpful and busy with me, and the loan approval, so within 3 hours I walked out with a new car! I got a Chevy Malibu 2022, mineral metallic grey, honeycomb rims, a sunroof. It's a beautiful car. I was in a bit of confusion as I had some minor car malfunction last week, but it happened over the weekend and I couldn't reach anyone, so it was a test of how everything would work. And it works perfect, Enterprise does cover anything, and all the warranties you decide to buy, 100%, in the amount of time that is in the contract. I have to admit I gave everyone such a hard time, as I didn't expect anything after a month and barely driving, but it could happen to any car, and I got the car fully inspected in one of the best car repair shops in Chicago, and they confirmed that car is in a great condition. I love my Chevy Malibu, and I would for sure go back and buy from the same place, everyone is really nice and competent for a change. No matter who takes your case you will be happy and get help later.

After 20 years and having bought a few cars. That was the best experience I've had buying a car. Complaining about the prompt service appointment at 1pm. They weren't late. Complaining about how they didn't even make me wait 5,10 fifteen minutes. Nope. Shame on me for not remembering the name of the professional, well spoken, and very quick thinking black manager. That scoop me from my chair to immediately acknowledge me walking through the entrance. Greated instantly upon entering establishment by another black professional male. Acknowledge instantly even though he was with CST. Complaining instantly like i though I was gonna get a bathroom break first. Who immediately acknowledge me and the wife. Yes she was also treated kindly. Stephen was just patient, intelligent, thoughtful as well thorough. Explained everything so it was understood. Definitely someone you want to acknowledge for the passion shone during questions and explanation. Listen to me I came to test drive. I never felt like i couldn't leave. Or was coached into a vehicle. Didn't show me a vehicle out of my range. There was never a time I felt any pressure nor did i feel like i didnt have control. They asked then delivered. I had a great experience at enterprise, the chicago location, super exceeded All expectations that I had going in and looking for a car. They have a very helpful and informative upbeat team over there. I have a friend I'm in the process of recommending now. Stephen is the best.

Devaughn did a wonderful job helping me purchase my car. I was apprehensive to buy a car, but he made sure that the process went smoothly and that I ended up walking away with a car that I love. He was very thorough with explaining all of the documents that I was signing, as well as explaining the warranties. I feel confident that I walked away with a good deal and that this dealership truly cares about their customers. Will be recommending this dealership to friends and family in the future.
