I started working with Andrell he is the salesman there begining around mid April 2026, he took his time to send me pictures and videos of the car I was looking to buy. I did eventually purchase the vehicle through Andrell and I have to say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I'll be honest -- the process wasn't without its challenges. We ran into some bumps along the way, but what truly set Andrell apart was that he never wavered. He stuck around, stayed positive, kept the lines of communication open, and worked through every obstacle with patience and professionalism. Because of his commitment and follow-through, we were able to get everything resolved and make this purchase a success. Once we got past those hurdles, Andrell went above and beyond to make sure the transport company safely loaded my vehicle on there transport truck so the vehicle will arrive safely all the way from Chicago to Florida. He took detailed photos of the car before it was loaded onto the transport, made sure it was secured properly with no damage, stayed in constant contact with me and sent me all the photos so I could see exactly how my car looked on the transport vehicle. The car arrived in Florida safely -- no damage whatsoever, exactly as described. He handled everything from beginning to end with professionalism and care, making what could have been a very stressful long-distance purchase feel completely seamless. I am a U.S. Army veteran and I give my seal of approval on Andrell. If you're looking for someone who is honest, persistent, and truly goes the extra mile for their customers, Andrell is your guy. Had a wonderful experience with Dan Gulo! I had been in the market for a new vehicle for awhile; out of the many dealerships I dealt with Napelton Auto was not pushy at all, I didn’t get a bunch of calls or messages from them. It’s also noteworthy that of all of the dealerships I had called around to and drove to, Dan at Napelton offered me a fair price on my trade and on what I was purchasing! I don’t leave many reviews and I personally am skeptical of the shinning reviews but I truly felt like this business deserved every decent review it has plus mine!

Eric, Allen and Brian were great to work with at Napleton, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to explain all of the nuances and key features of the Audi Q3 we purchased!!! Highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Napleton Downtown Hyundai and feel it is important to share my experience for other potential buyers. The sales process lacked transparency and consistency. I was passed between multiple sales representatives, which created confusion and made it difficult to receive clear, accurate information throughout the transaction. At no point did I feel the process was fully straightforward or clearly explained. After the purchase, I raised my concerns directly with Hyundai Customer Care. I was told the issue would be documented and that the dealership would be contacted. However, I later received communication stating that Hyundai would not intervene and that the matter remains solely between the customer and the dealership. As a result, there has been no meaningful resolution or accountability. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with both the dealership process and the lack of follow-through when concerns were escalated through corporate channels. I believe transparency and consistent communication should be a standard part of any vehicle purchase experience, and that expectation was not met in my case. I am sharing this review so other buyers are aware and can ask detailed questions and ensure clarity throughout their own purchasing process. This dealership is very deceiving.

I would like to be a heads up and word to the wise for future customers looking to purchase a car from Napleton. Firstly I purchased a 2026 Chevy Trax in February 2026. The sales and finance representative seemed to be customer centric until post sale. I was sold two vehicle service contracts (extended warranties) without informing me that they were extra and rolled into my finance agreement. One of these which was a so called "appearance contract" was non-refundable, I thought that each feature was included standard with the purchase of the car and not an extra almost $5000. Why would I need a appearance or extended car service contract when my car is brand new? I could have used this to buy a more expensive car if need be. They sold me these extras for more lucrative commission purposes. Now to what transpired behind this deceptive practice. In late March (one month later) I was involved in a accident which was a total loss and my primary insurance and gap insurance paid their portion but the extended warranty that is supposed to be refundable has yet to be paid to my finance company in the amount of $3000. I call and email daily but I get no response after leaving voice mails and no replies to my emails to the accounting and finance department. I call for Rocio Guzman as she is my contact for the accounting department. She did cancel the contract on May 11th but my account which is still accruing interest still has not been paid to my finance company. I have spoken to the company who services the contract but for some odd reason the dealership is responsible for the refund to be paid to the finance company. I believe the contracted service provider and the dealership have a very deceptive agreement on price, service and terms of contract. The dealership is free to charge any amount for all extended warranties and then roll these into you loan on the finance agreement which is being charged interest. Please do not get involved with a car dealership that engages in deceptive practices to customers who actually trust to do business with their company. My financial and credit reputation is on the chopping board as we speak. Napleton seems not to care about their customers after you sign your name and walk out. I do not like to write any negative reviews and hate this had to be done but if Napleton was as honest as I am being i would not have to write this.... I hope that Napleton understands that consumers have rights and protections and pray they do the right and responsible thing soon!!!!
