I had a great experience at Western Auto Sales. The staff was helpful, (Victor Vazquez) professional, and made the buying process smooth and easy. They answered my questions, treated me with respect, and helped me get into my 2014 Ford F-150. The truck has been running great with no problems, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I appreciate the honest service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you!

So I come here on Saturday to purchase a van that I saw in the parking lot. Saturday was late. I could not get a certified check. I come Monday to pick up the car and they told me he gave me the wrong car then the sales salesman made me wait didn’t tell me what I’m waiting for. He brought the right car which I’ve told him. I’m not interested in, and after that when I asked for the refund for my deposit, he told me to be quiet, very unprofessional the way that she customers no communication if you’re buying here, be careful. I wanted to give them zero stars, but that was not possible

0 ⭐️ Nah ! Be careful to Purchase vehicles here, I got my 2020 Mercedes Benz sprinter van. The price felt fair but or thing when they gave to me looked nice and well taken care of but when I got home I checked everything once again and tires were not good they needed to be replaced and oil was 22k miles past due when I called about it they said they do not do that they sell it as is. And I didn’t mind I say to myself I will fix that not big deal and 4 months later this car got alternator problem I had to buy new alternator and yet that a month later it keeps breaking down with no notice sometimes it doesn’t turn on I called them about it to ask for full report for this car they had before selling it they said they do not have the report history. So this is my experience with this dearship
