Jimmi was AMAZING! Made our buying experience so smooth and easy! Would definitely shop with James again! Thank you! Would not recommended using their service department! Dropped the car off for a few days and they decided to work on the car the day that I was supposed to pick it back up! There was lack of communication! If I would have known I would have been stuck for days in a hotel waiting for the car I would have never brought it back to be serviced! Can’t even get a GM to contact me! I was even told one would be contacting me!

I had a great experience here! Tavy was the salesperson who helped me, and she made the whole process smooth and easy. I ended up buying a 2018 Subaru WRX with 64k miles, which has always been my dream car. The price was fair, the car was in great condition, and I never felt pressured during the process. Tavy answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident about the purchase. Couldn’t be happier with my new ride!

Tony Harvey was our salesman and he was the best around! He was very informative and got the vehicle we wanted to see, to us quickly so we could test drive. Jimmy did an amazing job at CarUSA. Very low pressure, willing to work to meet my needs and even brought a car over from another lot. Jamie and him worked together with my bank very smoothly. I looked at other lots and even had a car picked out, however me working directly with my bank was an issue for many of them. The needed to have total control. Jamie made the process very easy, talked with my banker on the phone, worked out an agreement and had everything ready to go the same night. Great experience!!!!!! Kim W.
