The team at Kansas Auto Group do a great job of taking care of their customers. We decided what we were looking for and test drove it to see how it rode. An older vehicle that required a few minor items (that were disclosed to us) we made the purchase. Since then, we have made the minor repairs and have been enjoying a very dependable vehicle. Honesty with great customer service makes such a difference in this industry. If you are looking for an affordable and dependable vehicle, stop by and visit with Dallas before you purchase anywhere else. 🚀

Wish I could leave zero. Save your time unless you love to pay thousands to be verbally abused. Walked up to inquire on not 1, but 2 vehicles that I have cash to purchase for my kids. I was on the lot for at least 25 minutes and no one bothered to offer assistance. I saw someone walking towards the back & said "sir, do you run this lot?" His response was "I am here" I bit my tongue & advised that I wanted to inquire about 2 vehicles that I was interested in test driving for purchase of both. His reply was "prices are on the windshields, non-negotiable, AND you have to pay Kansas sales tax. Since you got that smart phone in yo hand you might want to take a picture" My response "yeah I have a smart phone & you have a smart tongue" I wouldn't pay 50 cents for a Grand Wagoneer straight off the showroom from someone who speaks to me like that. There are cars for sale where people talk to you the way someone spending thousands of hard earned $$ deserves. Skip this lot and all of it's rudeness and lack of customer service skills.
