I work for Avis and I needed a car, so I figured why not finance a vehicle? John was fantastic throughout the process, I didn’t feel pressured and the numbers were right. I was a little bummed I couldn’t finance the car I wanted, but was delighted to receive a 2025 Chevy Trax. My only complaint with the car is that there was a dent on the bumper I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase. I did the online sales process, which I wish someone would have mentioned any previous issues since I didn’t go physically look at the car. However, the online virtual purchasing process was seamless and it was cool getting to see the sales side of my company! Overall, I give Avis Car Sales a 4.8/5! They even delivered the car to my local Avis and the shuttle driver was prompt and kind. Everyone made the process smooth and efficient.

Dave and John really made the whole car buying experience smooth from start to finish. No stress, no hassle, everything was handled quick and professionally. They helped me when I was jammed up with insurance, got me a great price, and made the process feel easy. I ended up getting a beautiful Jeep Compass with a clean Carfax, so I had no worries at all. Great customer service and super convenient—definitely recommend.

David and John were the best! They made the entire car buying experience for my wife and I seamless and easy!! From start to finish we felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. They even provided us with more than we expected for our trade-in! They got our new vehicle prepared, the paperwork done, and worked with our existing insurance company to get our insurance switched from our old car. They had the entire process, from the time we arrived to the time we drove off the lot, done in no time at all. We were even able to get our new vehicle inspected same day despite it being a Saturday!! These guys are the best! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you guys for everything!!

I just recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Compass from Avis car sales and David my sales consultant was excellent he walked me through the whole process, I live in Pennsylvania and bought the SUV online and he made the process seamless the price was under KBB and it was in awesome condition. Also the paperwork was easier to complete than a traditional in dealership transaction. It was delivered when promised and the delivery service was in touch with me as soon as they were an hour away. Again I will definitely be back when I am ready for another vehicle. Thanks Again David and Avis Car Sales.

Buyer aware. Don’t buy with Avis Car Sales.. they are selling cars with many defects. I went to buy a Volkswagen atlas cross 2024. This 2024 suv has defects brakes. I noticed that to the manager. The truck was full of scratches. The manager gave me one week to fix everything. As the dealer they should fix the car before selling it. After the week they me truck without carpet inside. I have to use my old carpet from my trade. They gave one remote key instead of two. According to Volkswagen dealer more than 500 dollars to have second remote key. I offered to share the cost with Avis. The manager refused. I paid 25.699 for this truck. I don’t deserve this treatment. I want to sue Avis for bad behavior. . I want Massachusetts authorities to investigate this bad company Thanks
