I recently purchased my 2025 Toyota Sienna from Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Definitely would recommend doing business with this dealership. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I had to wait for the vehicle to get delivered to the dealership once it was we did the business no hassle, no pushing and just easy process overall. Gaby was my salesperson she was great, she was very nice and patient. When I got to the dealership to pick up the car we test drove it. After she brought it in to get it washed and detailed inside. Thank you Gaby for working with me on getting the truck I wanted!

The best experience without any hassle, I shopped for a New Sienna Xle for my parents. They don't speak fluent English, our salesperson Mr. Ricky Arora was absolutely phenomenal, very respectful and talented. He suggested us Limited coming soon to us and we took it. He knows what he is doing good thing about him every day he was updating stats about our ordered Sienna; my brother put deposit and secure the transaction He was very respectful on all the occasions. He took his time to explain every option about the Sienna to them in detail. We had a tour of the building, beautiful showroom and service department very clean and organized. He never rushed us. We enjoyed working with him. We'll send more customers towards him. Ricky Arora is the best of the best. He is great, valuable asset to Toyota of Medford (Herb Chambers) Thank you, Mr. Ricky Arora!
