I recently purchased my second car from John Auto Sales, and once again they exceeded my expectations! I got a 2020 Honda Accord, and Kevin made sure I found the perfect car for my needs. Kevin went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He even worked with me on his days off to make sure everything was taken care of and that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. His dedication, communication, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. The owner and the rest of the staff were also incredibly supportive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. They made me feel valued as a customer and were always available to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. If you're looking for a reliable vehicle and a stress-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend John Auto Sales. Be sure to ask for Kevin you won't be disappointed! I drove over 250 miles to purchase a vehicle from John’s Auto Sales. They did not disappoint, totally worth the drive. Gave me the highest trade in my vehicle, which sounds like a game to get you in the door. No, John stood by his offer, which is outstanding and unheard in this business. The vehicle I purchased was in the exact condition as described, which was huge relief giving I drove over 250 miles and stayed overnight in a nearby hotel. Eric Perry was outstanding with the paperwork, he knows what he’s doing and was very transparent during the paperwork process. I had an out of state credit union check, which would probably cause concerns for someone unfamiliar with checks from out of state banks, nope Eric was on his A game. He’s been in the business 20 plus years and sounds like he can get just about anyone approved for a loan, even with less than an ideal credit score. If you are local to the Boston area and looking for a good deal on a used car, I don’t know why you would go anywhere else than John’s Auto Sales, been in business for 50 years, another unheard of thing now a days. I’d drive back tomorrow to purchase another vehicle from John’s Auto Sales. Thanks, Nick

I cannot say enough great things about John’s Auto Sales. John was absolutely amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond for my family. Our old car literally died in the dealership parking lot, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we didn’t feel like just another customer—we felt like family. John, along with his incredible team—Joe, Rocco (Michael K), Paul V, and Pail the manager—treated us with kindness, honesty, and genuine care every step of the way. They made the entire process seamless. We were financed and driving away in a clean, safe, and amazing car all in the same day. That level of efficiency and service is hard to find. A big shoutout as well to Michael and the service team in the shop—they were just as fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. A+++ experience all around. If you need a car, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else—go talk to John and his team. Their prices are great, and their honesty and professionalism are second to none. Highly, highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with John's Auto Sales when purchasing my 2013 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG. Even though I was buying the car from San Francisco, the entire process was easy and seamless from start to finish. John, along with Paul, Rocco, and the rest of the team, were professional, responsive, and great to work with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was handled clearly and efficiently without any pressure. I especially appreciated their transparency, fair dealing, and attention to detail throughout the transaction. Kudos to John and the team for making what could have been a complicated out of town purchase feel straightforward and stress free. I was searching high and low for a very specific vehicle. I wanted a certain make/model/year/color/trim and I was willing to go just about anywhere to find it within my budget. After looking at about 5 others that turned out to be major catfish online, I found "The One" at John's Auto Sales. My experience started with John personally reaching out to my inquiry, answering my questions and inviting me down to check it out. I'm so glad I made the long drive because John and his entire team were nothing short of amazing! When you walk in, it feels like you've stepped into a big family (complete with the family dog), and they do truly make you feel like part of the family. I sat with John and we chatted a bit before I took the vehicle out. I really wanted to have my mechanic look at it and John let me take it home for the night (over an hour drive away!). That was amazing! I decided to buy it and John made sure that everything was in tip top condition before I picked it up. Everyone I encountered and worked with through the buying process was friendly, helpful and just a great group of people. John even texted to make sure I got home ok 😁. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price and had an outstanding experience. I'll be sending anyone I know who needs a car straight to John's from now on.
