Mike and John are AMAZING. I have gotten my last 3 cars from them and they make me feel like so much more than just a customer but family. They will truly work with any budget and are AMAZING. all of my cars run good and we’re all reasonably priced and I tell everybody about A2Z. If I could give a 10 start rating I would. Thank you for everything.

Customer service is very important to me and that’s why I love A2Z. I received a recommendation to have them fix my tire (which they did for free!) and was blown away by how personal and forthright they all were. Finding an honest company like this is rare; I will definitely be back!

After a string of bad luck, i was in need of a good- but cheap!- car. They had a wide variety of used cars in the price range i was looking at. The service was very friendly, from the owner and manager to the mechanics, everyone seemed to want you to be happy with your purchase. I've driven just about every commonplace car and i like to do my own repairs so i had a good idea of what i was looking for. After visually inspecting several different makes and models i took a test drive in the one i thought would be best for me and ended up buying it! Great condition for the guts of the car, there was just some cosmetic damage which doesn't really bother me. After driving away on saturday, by tuesday the battery went out so i got a jump start to bring it back and they were very quick to replace the battery- free of charge. Same day, i got a call saying my tabs came in too. Aside from the battery, which was quickly and professionally remedied, I had no problems with the vehicle. I am quite pleased with the team there, if i could give more than 5 stars, i would!

I would highly suggest NOT TO BUY from this dealer. ( They now are refusing to send or have COMPLETELY LOST MY TITLE.) The entire buying experience was shady. Then the vehicle turns out to be junk, and when I called them for help they give me an absurdly expensive quote just to inspect the thing. feb last year I bought a sedan from these guys. I looked at a few, but when i pointed out damages to those vehicles they tried to tell me i was wrong. the tire was literally half bald and he's trying to tell me the vehicle had no issues and just needed a tire. i ended up buying a sedan from them anyways which had a bad wheel hub. and within the first two months i had blown out control arms, struts, springs and an engine misfire issue. those malfunctions ruined the tires so i had to replace those as well. within two months after that it had caliper issues which kept eating up rotors left and right until i replaced all the calipers. handfull of other issues in term, ie engine sensors, fuel pump, throttle assembly, all new struts. the engine and transmission mounts were apparently blown out the whole time as well which eventually caused a cv axle mishap all of which has since needed to be replaced. and here i am today i have owned this vehicle less than a year, ive put over 5 grand of work into it with premium parts and it doesn't drive because the sub frame mounts are also blown causing the engine to sit a little off axis. to make a long story short, just about everything you could imagine has went wrong with this vehicle. we have taken amazing care of it and it just keeps breaking down. this car cost me over twice the tag price in the first ten months of owning it and i still owed money on it. The worst part of the thing is, they were super friendly at the dealership, they said if it had any issues they would be happy to look at it and order discounted parts for me. they also said they would offer a good price on mechanic work if i needed it. so when i call to ask for help i'm told $130 per hour to start looking at it? Take a closer look at the vehicles on their lot, get one professionally inspected. I can tell you for a fact that many of the vehicles on the lot when i was there had malfunctioning parts. and these guys just sit there and tell you your wrong and that its going to run perfect. Total scam, DON'T BUY FROM HERE. UPDATE: THEY LOST MY TITLE AFTER PAYMENT IN FULL!!!!! This guy Mike that was the only decent sales person in fact does not even work there anymore. I know this because I finally paid off my car loan after having to invest over 10,000$ in repairs in the first ten months of ownership. I called them while i made my final payment to ensure the documents got sent to the right place.. I waited for weeks on end but my title never showed up. eventually i got told they sent it to the adress that i specifically called and told them not to send it to. then I called the resident of that adress and to this day months later she has never gotten any mail of mine. the dealership must be lying because they swear to me thats where they sent my title. even though i told them the new adress multiple times. trying to have this issue fixed has been impossible because not a single employee at the dealership nor their bank working with me. I gave them a ton of money and they straight up never sent the title. they are now telling me i need to travel back across the country to MN and apply for a new title as if i lost it? I was literally never in possession of the title in the first place and they are claiming i have lost it. this pieces of junk wrecked my life. and now I cant even sell it. i cant even prove i own it. The dealer and the bank couldn't care less. they hung up the phone on me many times flat out refusing to take any responsibility whatsoever. So somehow I have to travel an 18 hr drive back to MN and somehow convince the dmv that this is my car and then pay them for a lost title. Go ahead and trust these guys see what happens.
