I’m very happy with my experience at this dealership. The staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They explained all options clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The purchase was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, stuck up attitudes, and red flags all over. I spoke to Dan he wouldn’t let me test drive the vehicle, or answer any basic car questions that are asked before purchasing. Any question you ask Dan made it seem like it was an unreasonable big deal or he would try to sweet talk me into not worrying. They don’t allow any form of warranty so if you purchase a car they aren’t reliable at all. He said it’s for “insurance reasons” I asked “so what if on the off chance I drive the car off the lot and it stops” he then try’s to tell me a story on how he drove it for 3 days and how he doesn’t sell cars he doesn’t look at. I came in money ready. He wanted me to send info that the dealership is supposed to send over to the bank. He made me take a picture of it and said “figure it out with your bank and come back with the check” he has his back turned to me the whole time while leaving and had an attitude the whole time I was there. I would recommend this lot if you’re ready to buy a car and drive it off the lot same day no questions asked, no attachment. But if you want a car lot that is welcoming, comfortable, and somewhere you feel safe spending your money, I would not recommend here. This was wrote the same day as visit (7/28/2025)

We visited Alex's Used Car Lot to check out a Jeep Cherokee and were initially greeted by the owner, who instructed his son to get the keys and start the vehicle for us. To our surprise, the son's response was, "Are you looking to buy today? I don’t want to start it up if you’re not planning to buy." This unprofessional attitude caught us off guard—after all, who buys a vehicle without a proper test drive? Though he eventually started the car, it was done with clear hesitation. This experience left a negative impression, not because of the vehicle itself but due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy. In the past, we’ve purchased three vehicles from Alex’s without any issues. However, this encounter has changed our perspective. Customer service is a crucial part of the car-buying process, and we won’t be spending our money with a dealership that makes customers feel like they're asking for something unreasonable. Test drives and inspections are standard and should never feel like a burden to the staff. For future customers: While the inventory here may be worth considering, be prepared for potential inconsistencies in service. Professionalism and customer respect should always be a priority in any dealership experience.

Bought my Corolla here. Staff were straight up and honest about the condition of the car and there wasn't much of a wait. 5 stars
