Terrible customer service. Nothing about this establishment is professional. When you hold them accountable, they will harass you, and do anything possible to give you a hard time. Save your self the hassle. None of the reviews on the website are real. Also just FYI its a law the you have 20 days past your due date to pay your car payment before they can reposes your car. They cant stand when you know the law which is why they locked me out of my account. Also I have recordings of customers complaining about this car dealership. I have my lawyer on standby just in case they illegally tow my vehicle.

Purchased a 2020 Malibu on march 9th and the car is smoking from under the hood. I’ve missed several days of work with no help on anything and I’m still expected to make a full payment. ABSOLUTELY WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE
