My second purchase from Mike/Cars-KC. The first was a Mercedes E350 Coupe Convertible three years ago and have had no issues with it and then this past Thursday, a Mercedes GL450 4-Matic SUV that is absolutely stunning and in excellent condition with an excellent service record. Thank you again, Mike. See you in a couple years. Oh, I referred a couple of my friends to you as well. Take care.

I purchased a Volvo from Cars KC and had a phenomenal experience! Mike, the owner, was very knowledgeable. Definitely did not feel the "used car experience" at Cars KC!!! Love my new to me car! Would recommend to anyone!

I was under the impression that everything was fine when I left my first review. But now, after a couple of months of driving the car we got from Michael and Cars KS, I can tell you that this is a place you should avoid at all costs. At first glance, the car seemed to be in great shape and condition. But now, we’ve spent a significant amount of money fixing the air suspension, and it’s also developed software and engine problems. Michael said we could call him anytime, but when we tried to reach out for advice or help, he, of course, ignored us. Michael, I hope this review prompts you to respond, but it won’t change anything. Now, instead of a car, we have a headache… . I am adding some information - we purchased the car just 4 month ago, not over 6. and you have never heard from us since because you never answered any of our msgs or calls. We even stopped by twice to talk in person and couldn’t catch you. Yes, I left I 5 star review first because you seemed a nice person and we were under impression of having a car. However, we figured out everything by ourselves.
