Although the people here are nice and pleasant, they are extremely unorganized. I had an appointment today at 10:00 and when I showed up I'm told the guy who's supposed to service my car is in another country. I did not receive a courtesy call regarding that. The guy at the store told me to come back later at 5:00pm. Before I left home I called and they did not answer the phone. I still showed up and honored t ok show up at the time that he told me. When I get there he tells me , the guy still isn't here and to come back tomorrow at 9:00am. I spent a total of 2 hours driving back and forth to this place and got absolutely nothing accomplished. Very frustrating and I honestly just scheduled the appointment at another place of service.

Always have Gotten my car calibrated here and Scott has been more than accommodating with what seemed like endless problems with Intoxalock device nonetheless , he has always been patient walking and talking me through the process that I’m happy to see of coming to a end! Thanks so much for your service! I highly recommend if anyone has to get a device installed on your vehicle give this place a try!

I had a fantastic experience at Cars Now KC thanks to DL, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional while assisting me with an unexpected issue that popped up right after my interlock device calibration. Even though it was a strange technical glitch, DL worked directly with SmartStart to get everything fully resolved and made sure I wouldn’t be charged a fee related to the error. He made what could’ve been a really stressful situation feel easy and even comforting. DL clearly cares about doing right by his customers and takes real pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile with such genuine kindness. Thanks again, DL. You made a tough day a whole lot better. And to Zandor over at Smart Start: It’s highly unlikely that you’ll see this review, but you rock man.

Reading the reviews tells me this: Some people expect NEW for the price of old. Some people expect to miss payments and keep driving and blame anyone else. These cars are priced as high mile, high use, cars, and that what they are, WALKING usually brings idiots to thier senses, NOTHING IS FREE except your food and housing apparently, still gotta pay your car note….Stop lying and pay!
