Hands down the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ben was genuine, honest, and treated me like a friend — not just another sale. He went above and beyond to help me understand my credit and gave me real advice on how to improve it. He did everything possible to get me approved and into a beautiful car. I never felt pressured, only supported. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will fight to get you the best deal possible, he’s your person!

Josh, Lonn and Ben have always taken care of our needs when looking for used cars! My family and I have bought several cars from them over the years and have had no complaints! Josh the sales manager always does a great job getting us into something that fits our budget and needs! Always smooth buying experiences overall. We have had several good experiences buying from the sales team members Ben and Lonn as well!

Extremely unprofessional communication and customer service. I reached out regarding a vehicle I had been in search of for weeks. Asked if they were open to offers, they said they were. I sent an offer, they said actually they'd like sticker price after all, fine. I said I would need to consider. This conversation had to take place over 2 days because the communication was that poor right off. I reached back after the weekend and said I had reconsidered- no response. I spent the next literal 5 days calling every afternoon, providing my name, number, email, and being told they'd get back to me. Every day Monday til Friday I'd call, every day I'd get the same response. I told them I'm very serious about this car, I want it, please don't sell it out from under me. Didn't ask for holds or anything, I wanted to purchase it. Kept being told their salesman were busy and this or that. You'd think they'd want to make a sale but instead seem determined to drive away your business. On Friday day 5, I said look, I'm in the market for this car, I'm not window shopping, I'd like to move forward. Literally on that phone call I was told "the car is being sold right now as we speak.. it's gone. Sorry" If that's not the most absurdly infuriating experience I don't know what is. There's no possible way I can recommend this business after how they handled these dealings or lack thereof. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ben Hopkins was very professional but also very authentic. Very knowledgeable on the industry and his inventory and at the same time is also pretty chill and very easy to talk with. Josh McAnally was so helpful and super talented with his ability to work his magic and get me a rate that was feasible. All in all I would refer anyone that is willing to listen to this dealership with the upmost confidence. It was an extremely pleasant and enjoyable experience and I feel as if they are truly focused on their customers and not just a dollar sign. Both individuals I had the pleasure of working with did an excellent job at making me feel “at home” throughput the entire process. I am thankful that there is still people like this in the industry.

Excellent dealership and made sure we were taken care of. Lon was a great sales woman and ensured us to have a full tank, new tires, and full inspection upon selling the vehicle. Will definitely buy from here again.
