Went to look at a vehicle at the location. Told the seller that I was interested and they said the vehicle was out being repaired and it should be back by later on that day. When I did not hear back from the seller by the time they said it would be back, I went to the location and they had already sold the vehicle. This business lacks the Integrity that some buyers really value

I'd been searching for a gently used Jeep all around town for weeks, until I finally saw one on their lot that was priced awesome. We showed up and the owner, Michael, was there with a few others. This is a small, local shop and Michael really did take care of us! This was just about the most straight forward car-buying experience I've ever had with fantastic customer service! I also got a free car fax. The jeep had a chip in the windshield and he even gave me his glass dealer's discount for whenever I want to replace this. Highly recommend! Thanks, Michael! 😊

I bought a used Honda here a few weeks ago. Salesmanship was 10/10, nice guy and trustworthy. He told me to wait two weeks before leaving a review to see how the car drove and it is exactly what was expected.

I bought a Toyota Venza from Mike. Since I travelled from Columbia MO before purchasing, Mike shared several important details about the vehicle prior to making the trip. I found his information accurate and very informative in making a vehicle purchase. I found mike very honest and forthright about the vehicle with no pressure. The paperwork was easy and straightforward. I would definitely buy a vehicle again from MC Auto.
