Bought a rebuilt title from Optimus Auto with Shaz, and he was so helpful, transparent, and responsive throughout the entire process. I had a great experience from start to finish with a car search and purchase st Optimus Auto. I looked at multiple cars and SUVs on the lot and test drove several vehicles across several visits. They were very informative and transparent about the vehicles they buy, fix and resell as well as the quality of parts and repairs they make to sell a safe and trustworthy vehicle. Discussions were not high pressure. They provided me information that allowed me to make a purchase decision without pushy sales tactics. We ultimately decided on a vehicle that was the right fit and they resolved any issues or concerns we had before signing for the vehicle. I initially learned about Optimus Auto through Facebook and was interested in acquiring a rebuilt title vehicle with low mileage. They offered a 2024 Honda Accord with fewer than 5,000 miles, which presented and performed as if new. I particularly valued the absence of sales pressure during my visit. Having owned the vehicle for two weeks, I am highly satisfied with my acquisition. Today, I accompanied my daughter to Optimus Auto for her vehicle purchase. We once again experienced a positive, no-pressure sales environment. She acquired a 2025 Honda HRV and is very pleased with her new car.
