I recently financed a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited XLE and had the honor of having Kyle as my salesman. Overall, the experience was profound and the process overall was made easy and they worked with me on getting something reliable. As a single mother of three kids, I have never experienced such patience, integrity, and kindness when going to these types of places. First off, we lost our previous vehicle back in January. My kids and I had been walking and taking the bus everywhere. He took the initiative to pick myself and my kids up with the vehicle I was looking to purchase so that we didn't have to take the bus down to the shop. It was a great test of getting a feel for the vehicle, putting my kids in the car, and how smooth the ride was. We spent over six hours at the shop and Kyle was so patient in allowing me to inspect the car, answering every question I had, explaining the details and all of the buttons and mechanics of the vehicle. He was easy to get along with and talk to, he was very honest, and also took a lot of initiative towards the end of the buying process. I had my two younger children with me and he helped keep them occupied and distracted when they started getting impatient. I was amazed at how calm and willing he was to help us in any way he could. He is such a knowledgeable, kind, safe, and patient person. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They have an awesome team over at 712 Auto and I highly recommend Kyle and his crew if you're looking to purchase a used vehicle. You will be met with respect and kindness, and they will do their best to work with you. Overall, just, wow...Thank you for everything Kyle. This was a huge blessing to my family and I will never forget this. Kyle, may more follow your lead on customer service and just showing up with a genuine personality that cares about the people they serve.

We had an excellent experience at 712 auto sales, thanks entirely to their outstanding staff Jose and Orlando had great attitudes and were so helpful and easy to work with. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right car. There was no pressure at any point—just honest guidance and clear answers to every question we had.

I had a great experience ar 712 Auto Sales. My sales rep was Jose Huerta and once I told him what I was looking for he suggested 3 vehicles and I found just what I had in mind. Sales process was stress free and customer service was excellent.
