I had an amazing experience working with Elijah at Integrity Auto when buying my truck. Since I live out of town, I was worried the process might be stressful, but Elijah made everything smooth, easy, and straightforward from start to finish. He was honest, professional, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before I arrived. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in helping people. I never felt pressured, and the entire buying experience was one of the easiest I’ve had. I’ve always been hesitant to buy from a used car dealership — past experiences have been nothing short of a train wreck. But one day, my wife and I noticed an RV on the lot at Integrity Automotive and decided to stop in. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by several sales reps and ultimately worked with Genaro. We asked if they could move the RV so we could extend the pull-outs and possibly test drive it. Every request was met with a simple “yes.” The RV was immaculate, and Genaro was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to take it for a drive without hesitation. His professionalism honestly surprised me. After the test drive, Genaro invited us inside to discuss pricing. That’s when we met Hubert, the general manager (and fellow Texan). Over the next few days, Hubert and I went back and forth on numbers, and we eventually reached a fair price. To close, I want to sincerely thank Genaro, Hubert, Annette, and the entire Integrity Automotive team. This was the first time I’ve ever left a used car lot feeling respected, informed, and confident in my purchase. The staff was open, transparent, and truly seemed to have my best interests at heart. I never thought I’d say this about a used car dealership, but if you’re in the market for a vehicle and want to be treated with honesty and respect, I highly recommend Integrity Automotive. Integrity Automotive gave me one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. After searching at many dealerships for my dream truck, I finally found exactly what I wanted here, in my hometown. Elijah was amazing, very patient, always available, and truly focused on making sure I was satisfied throughout the whole process. I emphasize on patient because I was back and forth and he never stopped helping. If you’re looking for great customer service and an honest dealership, I highly recommend Integrity Automotive. Genaro and Annette were very helpful. They made this process easy. We bought a truck from them and were trying to do everything online and they made everything easy. And they stayed late after work hours to finish with us. We are very grateful for them!
