Husband worked with Mike. Thought we were making the smart choice by getting our daughter’s car from him. I know there is a risk with getting a used car but trusted them when they stated it was a good car with nothing wrong. On the way home, lights came on. Took it back and they looked at it and said everything was fine. Then the air conditioner stopped working. Then the engine light came on. Took it back and was told we should have gotten the warranty. Less than two months later, no air conditioner and engine light on. We had it looked at and the engine is throwing codes for the catalytic converter and a turbo. $7k for a vehicle that has had nothing but trouble. Proceed with caution. Yep, lesson learned. Always have a mechanic look at it first rather than trust someone when buying a car. Very disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I bought my car just one month ago, and only five days after purchasing it, the transmission started having problems the warranty did not cover the failed transmission component, so I paid the dealership $756 to repair it. Just 10 days later, the exact same issue came back, and when I contacted them, they refused to even inspect the car. Poor customer service and no accountability for their work. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them or having any repairs done there

OMG! This is a real honest group of people!!! We so appreciate the service we received! I am always skeptical of used car lots but Big Mike's stand behind what they sell!!
