Ed was extremely respectful, professional, and made the entire experience at the car lot smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with patience and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. He didn’t pressure me at all and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, he gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car lot, and I truly appreciate his help. When I got my Pontiac in 2023, my life situation changed very quickly in the span of a few months. Towards the middle of 2024 I began communicating with Alexandria about my needs and ability to maintain payments and I am beyond grateful for the help I have received. A little over two years later I'm in a better place and recently traded the Pontiac in for a 2014 Ford Taurus. I love this car, and I love how helpful everyone has been. This place is great when other establishments don't provide such leniency in life's hiccups.
