Easiest, quickest, most painless, no pressure, car experience I’ve ever had! I would 1,000% use carmax again and again. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I did an express drop off to sell my vehicle. Had a check in my hand within 15 minutes of speaking with the lady helping me. Everyone was extremely helpful and did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle with them at all as I told them I was just selling that day. Amazing experience.

We had a wonderful experience! All of the staff were super friendly, very understanding, and VERY patient with us Huge credit to Sam, Victoria, Gustavo, Reese, and Hannah for all helping us get sorted on my Mom's new car; it did take awhile, but that's to be expected, and to the team' credit it never felt like we were sitting there doing nothing, it always felt like we were progressing which made it FAR more fun to do, thank you everybody so much! We are already very pleased with our QX30 💜

We purchased our first child’s car at CarMax and had a phenomenal experience. For our second child we used a competitor, thinking all similar national car dealers were the same. Well, we were wrong and went right back to CarMax for our third child! The experience was great yet again. From the Sales Manager, Javier Cervantes, to the Finance department, everyone was kind, professional, and willing to do everything possible to ensure an easy buying experience.

Requested an estimate quote for sale of my vehicle, whole process was quick and easy . Assigned appointment as requested. Took my vehicle in to CARMAX, walked out the door in an hour and 20 mins. Surprised how quickly everything went. Emma worked very diligently to get me processed since I had an appointment soon after with a Doctor. She accomplished task and went above and beyond to make it happen ! THANK YOU ;))

We was pre-qualified before coming in. When we came in the sales guy was extremely young and didn't care if we bought something or not. He was kind rude. I'm not entirely sure what his name is because he introduced himself to my husband as Davis. Then started to walk away. My husband said and this is my wife Kasi. He turned around and introduced himself to me as Bo. When we sat down at his desk there was a different first name on his business card that started with a Z. So I don't really know what his name is but he's at the Tulsa, Oklahoma location. We told him we was pre-qualified and we had $1000 down looking for an SUV. When he pulled the pre-qualification he showed us 6 cars. Not SUVs but cars. There was a load more button on his screen that he never clicked. So I'm sure there was an SUV on that list but he just wanted us to look at those 2 types of car. We told him it had to sit up off the ground because of where we live. That was completely dismissed. We was taken out to the lot to be shown these cars. I asked again if there was an SUV we could look at. I was told no this is what you can get. I told him when I was looking under the pre-qualification online I saw several SUVs with that down payment. He just looked at me. My husband finally gave up and just said I guess we will pass. The salesman didn't try to do anything to get us into what we needed. We left and went to another dealership that put us in the vehicle we needed.
