I recently purchased a 2011 Subaru Legacy from HG Wholesale. This was my first car buying experience not dealing with a private seller, so I had reservations about any used car lots. This was the best version of buying a used car I could imagine. Erica is very friendly and had answers to simple questions I didn't know I had. I knew the vehicle I wanted to look at from a FB marketplace post, was handed the keys to look it over by myself, and test drove afterwards. Every step of the purchase was easy, explained well, and with everything handled in house with no financing, even the paperwork was painless. As far as the vehicle is concerned, from the previous owner to the lot inspection and detail, I'm very pleased. I work in the collision repair industry and understand the steps leading up to selling a car. I've purchased a starter(didn't go out, but on the way), spark plugs(doesn't hurt on any used vehivle), missing fender liners, a funky rear view mirror, and a few clips from when the car was disassembled for paint, but overall not much different than what's to be expected when buying a used car "as is". Mechanically a very sound car. I will definitely recommend HG Wholesale to anyone I overhear is in the market for a vehicle.

HG Auto Wholesale was AMAZING to work with!!! They helped me with all the questions I had about the truck, took the time to check the vehicle for any and all concerns I had regarding the vehicle! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to help me with anything regarding the vehicle, which you will NEVER FIND AT ANITHER DEALERSHIP!!!! They guided me through everything I needed for the financing side and made it very simple and easy! I cannot recommend HG Auto Wholesale enough!!!! If I become in the market for another vehicle, this will most definitely be my first place i go to again in the future. And also want to note, ive had my truck for a few weeks now as well and have not had one issue! This dealership truly cares about people and the vehicles they sell, and not just about a sales quota and paycheck like 99% of other dealerships!!! I feel very confident and comfortable with my purchase!!! Highly Recommend!!!!!!!

Dealership is very clean and the prices are some of the cheapest in town. Test drive went great and the staff was super friendly. They let me inspect the vehicle without a sales man watching my every move. Definitely amazing how they handled this. However, I purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang from them and my biggest con is that I noticed that the vehicle had an oil leak. I took it in to get inspected at a local shop and the rear main seal is leaking pretty heavily, the car is misfiring, the e-brake does not work in a manual car, A/C compressor went out, and the oil pan was JB welded where the previous owner hit something and it was patched to get it to stop leaking oil. Not sure if this was missed during their inspection or if this quick fix was performed by them. (I’ve owned the vehicle for 12 days) Overall not entirely their fault, vehicles are used and sold as is. I knew this signing the contract. I wish they would have let me know about these issues before I purchased the vehicle. It’s turning out to be a problematic vehicle. They’re a good dealership and super friendly, just make sure you fully inspect your vehicle before committing to your purchase, there might be some issues they won’t be telling you about. Update: HG Auto reached out to me immediately after review and took my car in to be inspected. They have fixed the e-brake cable, and they replaced the oil pan on my Mustang despite the vehicle not having a warranty through them. They will be calling me back at a later time to take a peak at the A/C and the misfire. I have to say, that was some excellent customer service! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them when I look for another used car. They keep their word and they went above and beyond for me repairing the vehicle at their expense after purchase. I would highly recommend checking out this dealership for honesty and unbeatable prices.

Got my dream car from here 8 months ago and it has been amazing. Everything works perfectly and I got it for a good price too. The sales men were very kind and generous while helping me get the car. I recommend coming here if you want great support and honest people/prices.
