The man named Jody is a great amazing car dealer if you look in to his cars. I sincerely want to apologize to Jody from the bottom of my heart because for a poor review the other day. He deserves six stars not just five maybe 10 stars instead of five. I got a 4Runner a 1997 and I thought that it had a problem that absolutely did not have those '90s cars often have a lot of condensation from the exhaust this man actually sold me an incredible condition 4Runner It had so much work done to it before he even sold it to me that I really want him to know and I hope somebody tells him thank you from the bottom of my heart for selling me such a beautiful car My name is Hunter and Jody has been a blessing to my life I'm sorry that I left a poor review thinking a head gasket was a problem when in fact they had put a new one in before I even bought it these people are incredible If anybody is reading and uses Jody for a used car this guy is a serious amazing person to work with and his deal with this Toyota was absolutely a stargazer of a vehicle and I hope Jody does well and has more and more and more and more clients I would recommend this to anybody Here's a picture of a lot of the things I've done to it since he sold it to me I hope that you can share this to him he might laugh It was such a beautiful stock default setup and I have done quite a few things to it ;-)

Dixie Motors made our car buying process the easiest experience ever! We knew exactly the car we were looking for and found it online thru Dixie Motors - we instantly recognized the great value, mileage, and quality of this car. We're 3 hours away and out of state, so we were nervous that there would be a lot of red tape/time in the purchasing process. We were so wrong! Randy patiently talked through every step, multiple times, over the phone and we even expressed how we didn't have a ton of time when we arrived so we could get back on the road... We arrived at Dixie Motors at 11am and were driving away with our beautiful new car by 11:30am. Everyone was so kind! Quite easily the best car buying experience we'll ever have. HIGHLY recommend buying from Dixie Motors and working with Randy specifically - such a pleasant experience!

Ben West and Dixie Motors were very kind and accommodating during the entire process when my father purchased his vehicle! Ben is very friendly and treated my father well. It was our first time getting a loan from a separate bank rather than the one the dealership banks with, and everyone was very patient with us as we tried to get our documents in order. Ben made sure the car was cleaned and tank was filled before handing us the keys. The service was excellent!

The person I talked to on the phone gave me the impression that he cared more about keeping the car I called about on the showroom floor than selling it. I called about a suv today and said I wanted to make an appointment to see a car they had. Before I even finished asking about the car, the man on the phone was quick to tell me the car I was interested in was behind several other cars on the showroom floor and he wouldn't be pulling it out because the forecast called for rain so he wouldn't pull it out for insurance purposes. This was an immediate turn off to me. But It was the only one of this kind of car in town close to me so I went to at least look at it. When I got there, he waisted no time telling me that "the price was the price" and he needed to make sure that I knew there was no wiggle room because they had already lowered the price. (I had not even asked about the price, let alone wanted to discuss purchase before I even took a test-drive in the thing). It was clear to me at this point that he didnt want to sell the car, at least not to me. So I just left. (It didn't start raining for another 2 hours by the way) He literally could have sold that car to me TODAY. I came ready to purchase but the guy seemed to want to keep it as a show car way more than sell it. Maybe he didn't want to sell it to me because I'm a woman, maybe I "looked poor", he was old so maybe there could be some bias there but there's no way to know for sure but what I do know is, Jesus will make a return before I return to this place looking for a car.
