I came in with my husband to inquire about a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, the interaction with a sales representative named Shannon significantly detracted from our experience. I found Shannon's demeanor to be unprofessional and, at times, rude. There was a noticeable difference in her treatment of us compared to other customers. When I asked standard questions about the Wrangler, such as its MPG and features, she seemed disengaged and almost aggressive. Additionally, we felt that she prioritized other customers over us, and our repeated requests for a different sales representative were denied. Ultimately, this negative experience led us to purchase a Wrangler from a nearby CDJR dealership, where we received excellent service. I urge you to address this issue with Shannon and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism. Her behavior cost you a sale, and I will not be returning to your location if she is still employed there.

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu from Hertz Car Sales in Nashville. Within about 5–6 months of purchase, the vehicle began having serious mechanical issues, including catalytic converter faults, fuel system problems, and engine-related codes. Over time, the condition has worsened and now includes a blinking check engine light, engine misfire, shaking during startup, and an oil leak. These are major issues that started shortly after I bought the car. I contacted both the local dealership and corporate multiple times requesting assistance, but was denied any help due to the length of ownership, despite the early onset of these problems. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this location have the vehicle thoroughly inspected and seriously consider a warranty before buying.
